Each smudge contains naturally scented cedar, bay leaves and eucalyptus and has its own scent with the addition of white sage. The burning time of a so-called Sahumito or smudge stick is approx. 2 hours, offers a relaxed incense experience and creates an energetically pure sphere.

Application: Light the tip of the bundle. Let the flame go out, but continue to smoulder the bundle. Let the smoke rise from bottom to top along the (aura) body to be cleaned, or move counter clockwise in a room and infuse it. Then air well.
